Esmaeilzadeh Holding is growing and looking for a Part-Time M&A Analyst for one of our portfolio companies. As a Part-Time Analyst you will work directly with the founders and gain hands-on experience across the M&A processes from origination to execution. The portfolio company was founded in 2023 but has already built a large pipeline of potential partner companies across Europe. A candidate will join an experienced team and have the opportunity to both grow as an investment professional as well as an entrepreneur. There will be ample room for candidates to assume responsibilities early on and become a critical member of the founding team.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and define market opportunities and verticals that are interesting to EHAB’s portfolio company
• Deal sourcing and analysis of investment opportunities
• Support the execution efforts on live deals and assist the team in ensuring successful transaction closings
• Contribute with financial models and valuation analysis
• Drafting presentation materials, management presentations, board materials, etc.
• Participate in business development initiatives on group level as well as with entrepreneurs in the portfolio companies

Your profile:

• Curious and eager to learn
• Can do attitude and not afraid to take initiative
• Demonstrated strong academic performance
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills with fluency in English and Swedish
• Technically proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Team player and ability to confidently interact with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis

Other desired attributes considered:

• Proficiency in languages apart from Swedish and English
• Previous relevant work experience
• High-level extracurricular activities
• Previous experience from a role in sales
• Coding experience in language for data analysis such as Python, R, SQL
