We are looking for a driven and talented M&A Associate to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. In this exciting and impactful role, you will play a key part in both the acquisition process and the strategic growth of the company. Lyvia is an expanding business focused on acquiring companies within IT and Software in Europe. This is a unique opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment where your contributions will make a real difference. You will work closely with the Director as well as the CEOs of the portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define market opportunities in the Benelux area
• Deal sourcing and analysis of investment opportunities
• Lead transactions and manage key stakeholders (Sellers, sell-side advisors, legal, DD advisors, etc.)
• Contribute with financial models and valuation analysis
• (co)Present investment opportunities to the Investment Committee
• Participate in business development initiatives on group level as well as with entrepreneurs in the portfolio companies

Your profile

• Relevant educational background and 2-6 years of relevant experiences
• Strong business acumen and ability to build internal and external business relationships
• You have a strong interest in M&A and entrepreneurship
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and like to get things done, while having an eye for details
• Excellent Excel skills
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
